"Such a hidden gem. Saw on social people were recommending it. We ordered the cuttlefish ink noodle, seafood fries mixed and Greek salad. Sooooo yummy and fresh! For only 25euro We had a 'feast'. I bet there's no better Food places for this cost-value. Highly recommended. Owner was very friendly and service was quick. Drawback is there's no ace to sit down at all."

"You cannot ask for more with this price. The pasta was saucy, tasty, and had plenty of seafood in it. The fried seafood was also done perfectly, where the batter had the perfect thickness and crispness without overtaking the flavor of the ingredient. I would eat here every meal if I could. The only downside is that there are no seats."

"Dreams do come true and there is a heaven! It’s called Fried Land and the fried seafood and pasta were so perfect! What a gem - in a touristy area, so you can grab and go or just stick around the area a short while before going back into the labyrinth!"

"Fried Land is the perfect spot if you are looking for somewhere quiet and off the beaten track. It’s tucked away just off a main street; you’d probably never find it without checking Google Maps, though there is a small sign. They offer a fantastic selection of pasta and seafood platters. I chose the seafood platter, which was delicious and very reasonably priced."

"There’s a lot of seafood in Venice, we were there for a week, meals? Seafood lunches and seafood dinners but the most satisfying seafood we had was at Fried Land! The deep fried seafood cone… calamari, sardines, those tiny shrimps! After tasting it we got a second one with shrimps only. It’s a take out, but what better ambiance than eating fried food while walking around beautiful Venice?!?"
